Well it has been a while since my first post.

Anyway I'm currently sitting at work listening to the nong on the other end of this line (I work in a call centre for an ISP) who doesn't understand his internet connection isn't working because he has a turd of a modem :)

I'm an Architecture student and only doing this job because it is something I can do around my studies and the company I work for is pretty good as call centres for an ISP goes (2nd one I've worked for).

Well probably best if I get back to actually working :)
